The Chelsea lifetime crib transitions seamlessly from crib to complete full sized bed, making this the only bed you will ever have to buy for your child. To convert crib to a full bed, you must buy a twin/full metal bedframe and footboard adapter (sold separately). The Chelsea lifetime crib fits a standard U.S. mattress and has a stationary gate.
