Return Policy
We select the merchandise offered on our site with your satisfaction as the ultimate goal; therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalized or non-custom merchandise, you may return it, in new, original condition with tags attached, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, we will gladly issue a store-credit or exchange. Please e-mail contact@meandmommytobe.com for instructions on a return or exchange.
All shipping costs are customer's responsibility. If the item has been used, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. If you return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the merchandise minus shipping charges as outlined in our Shipping Information section.
Custom-designed furnishings and decor, hand-painted or monogrammed merchandise,and any other personalized items are non-returnable. If you wish to cancel a personalized or custom order, please call us as soon as possible (865-212-0044). We will try our best to cancel the order, unless it has already been “made to order” or shipped.
Crib sets may be returned if they are non-custom and the return is completed within 14 days of receipt, excluding delivery charges. A 20 % restocking fee will be applied.
If you desire to cancel a non-custom or non-personalized order, please e-mail contact@meandmommytobe.com or call 865-212-0044 within 1 day of the original order date. This window of opportunity is small to ensure that items are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. If the item has already shipped, please refer to the above part of the Returns and Exchanges section.
